- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 29, 2019, by seamurph29Absolutely useless staff the women at the front desk didn't even pay attention to me she was " looking at google maps of puerto rico" instead of doing her job I don't live in the area anymore and brought all the necessary account information and needed an upgrade and they wouldn't give it to me absolutely ridiculous. I cant believe I put down one star for this horrible store if you want a pain free phone shopping experience don't do it here this place sucks.
