They have entered inaccurate insurance information telling me I had to pay cash for prescriptions that were needed a.s.a.p. therefore receiving cash for items my insurance did in fact cover. They have no respect, not calling when unable to refill prescriptions, causing me to go two days without the medicine because there shipment would not arrive.....the list goes on!
